Responsibilities
- Brand creation & promotion – develop the suite of services that are clear, easily understood and resonate with our customer base.
- Branding promotion & exposure– maximize brand awareness across various channels (email, website content, organic and paid search, display banners, social posts and internal communication)
- Devise effective multi-channel lead generation marketing program to deliver consistent level of enquiries and qualified leads into the business.
- Utilizing LinkedIn, SEO and a host of digital advertising platforms (search ads, display, shopping, rlsa & display) to reach intended targeted audiences
- Build a nurture lifecycle program – introducing various trigger points and bring visitors through the funnel (utilizing various aspects to build awareness, engagement and various call to action elements)
- Promote the USPs of the design/quotations team to gain leads into business
- Develop a persona communication strategy to segment our customer base and highlight the most relevant areas on how we can support their business challenges
- Drive the e-merchandising/product team to understand clearly the priorities within the business objectives
- Working with the data analysis to identify new & existing customers to target who fit into our multi-site business model
- Create tailored 121 campaigns to promote specific advantages
- Targeting & reporting – create a campaign plan and report of results of the various marketing campaigns
Experience
- 3-4 years’ experience minimum
- A proven track record as a multi-channel marketing manager and creating successful campaign to deliver qualified leads, enquires or sales
- Demonstration of using and setting kpis to monitor and adjust strategy to achieve business goals
- Examples of creating a cohesive content marketing strategy to generate awareness of products/services and brand
- Experience of using segmentation tools to build audiences for various different marketing campaigns and create triggers for follow up actions
- Present ideas, results in a clear and concise way to all member within the business
- Innovative thinker – confident to bring new ideas to the table – challenge existing strategy
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, with ability to work across departments and influence non-direct reports.
- Confident in working with large amounts of data (from various sources) and distilling information down and creating reports in a way that can be easily understood for all
- Understand benefits of various marketing channels– and understand which tactics to be applied to achieve a specific goal
Desirable:
- Working with sales team to nurture sales enquires in an effective way
- Experience in creating content specific for the website – e.g. Landing pages, infographics, lead capture forms, video
- Experience in using SEO, sea, LinkedIn, PR – to raising awareness for products and services
