Salary- £25,000- £30,000 DOE

- Design email layouts which are on brand and commercial – with the focus on high levels of engagement, increased click through rates and growth in sales
- Create all emails to brief: Seasonal, Promotions and Transactional. Ensuring use of correct fonts, colours and overall styles depending on brand
- Build and test all emails prior to send
- Work with Merchandise team to update the website homepages
- Analyse and identify what worked and what didn’t
- Create an archive of engaging emails which can be referred to for future inspiration
- Refer to offline creative and promotions and adopt where appropriate
- Work with wider business to understand the new product portfolio, best sellers and where products are out of stock etc.
- Perform troubleshooting and testing scenarios where appropriate
- Research up to date emerging technologies and development in design fields
- Understanding of responsive email/website design, with a mobile first approach.
- Experience with email automation/programmes, and transactional setup.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative ability with excellent attention to detail. Understanding of optimising images for the web to meet current best practices and guidelines.
- Proficient in the Adobe Suite including- InDesign (required), Photoshop (required), Dreamweaver (desirable)
- Familiarity with CMS- DotDigital, Wordpress, Divi Builder
