Scope

  • The Director, Field Marketing for International is responsible for creating and executing a demand generation strategy  
  • You will be accountable for meeting pipeline targets in International through the creation of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, local join partner campaigns, the localization of global campaigns locally and identifying new market opportunities
  • In this role you will work closely with sales in a unified go-to-market team with a culture of excellence, a clear system for prioritization and accountability for delivering results.
  • You will develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and sales pipeline of net new opportunities, and closely monitor and analyse results and conversion rates
  • You will also work closely with the central marketing team to ensure global programs are implemented effectively in region including paid advertising, SEO, content syndication, and social.
  • You will plan and execute on and offline demand generation tactics, including, but are not limited to, webinars, events, email campaigns and account[1]based marketing.
  • You will build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and automate the lead handover processes
  • You will also utilise, build and manage market and contact data using platforms such as D&B Hoovers, Zoom Info and other data providers
  • Partnering with the International Sales (net new) and Strategic Account Management (existing clients) teams to ensure quality lead qualification and handover process
  • At all times you will be able to demonstrate your ability to manage multiple stakeholders, move quickly when needed, and have a strong appetite for growth.
 
Experience
 
  • Experienced in delivering predictable pipeline for sales (new new) and client success (existing clients).
  • Previous experience in the marketing of software, preferably in our strategic sectors: Financial Services, Technology, Media & Telecoms, Pharma, Medical & Hi-tech.
  • Able to build a dominant market position in our strategic sectors (prospects), and design and implement a system of target setting and measurement for new business that can be adopted globally.
  • Adept at building relationships at a senior level with our partner community (Big 4 and SI’s) to create joint campaigns to accelerate pipeline generation, influence existing opportunities and create net new pipeline.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and sales pipeline of net new opportunities
  • Experienced in planning and executing demand generation tactics, including, but not limited to, videos, webinars, events, email campaigns, paid media, social media advertising, content syndication, etc
  • Able to utilise marketing technology stack to accelerate lead to sales conversion rates via a range of tactics including automated lead nurture tracks and account[1]based marketing
  • Has a continuous improvement mindset; building a consistent feedback loop and continuously improving and automating the lead handover processes in conjunction with sales operations, sales, client success and partners
  • You will be required to attend the Central London offices x2 days per week
