Rocking Bee Recruitment is looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager or Senior Marketing Communications Executive to own and lead the digital Communications piece for both B2B and B2C audiences for a well-regarded Global regulated mobility provider.

Key purpose:-
- Ensure effective, compliant and secure delivery of external communications.
- Support the customer services strategy and in-life excellence programmes to define, design and deliver world class customer communications.
- Drive the business’ transition towards a paperless customer experience, using digital tools and capabilities to help achieve business objectives.
- Support the development and optimisation of our single customer view through the reporting, insights & increased visibility of our comms schedule.
- Help ensure we retain full compliance with our regulatory obligations at all times.
Summary:-
- Own the build, test, delivery and reporting of all digital & offline communications inc. eCRM.
- Manage the documenting, maintenance and optimisation of all customer communications
- Research and develop new methods of communication to enhance customer experience
- Curate tone of voice and drive & implement adoption across the business.
- Lead customer communications team to ensure effective performance, growth and morale.
- Manage communications supplier relationships, budget and spend, holding regular reviews and reporting on monthly KPIs
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
- Promote, champion and evidence compliance with regulatory obligations, incorporating TCF
- Manage our eCRM Specialist, who’ll build, test, deliver and report on all digital & offline communications inc. marketing automation.
- Set an example as a team player, respectful of others in the organisation and maintain a focus on overall business objectives; contributing towards a productive and healthy working environment.
- Ensure compliance with approved company, statutory and regulatory policies/procedures.
In addition, as the Marketing Communications Manager you should be:
- Expertise in marketing and communications strategy and execution in both B2B and B2C
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital communications, ideally, from within financial services, fin-tech or services sector.
- Expertise with marketing automation systems .
- Experience with promoting single customer view via CRM systems e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce.
- Line management experience ideal but not essential.
- Strong strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
- Budget management and analysis essential.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- A creative flair with an eye for design and attention to detail.
- An ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, enjoying the challenge of managing multiple projects simultaneously, working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with stakeholder management experience.
- Intuitive understanding of customer requirements.
