Rocking Bee Recruitment is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Executive to take the PPC account to the next level.  You will be working with a knowledgeable and dynamic team where sharing of best practice and testing new channels is the norm.  The sector is exciting and growing at pace.  This is an opportunity not to be missed and will suit an individual looking to develop PPC.
 
Overview

  • Performance marketing
    • Monitor and improve performance of PPC campaigns, anlysing detailed trends and sharing with growth team.
    • Test new channels and formats such as social ads, Youtube and affiliates.
    • Manage relationships with media owners such as Google and Facebook to access support and  new opportunities.
    • Test and optimize Ad copy and creative.
    • Co-ordinate with SEO, content and social media exec to ensure optimal balance between paid and organic search visibility.
    • Support business decision making by contributing to business cases and projections based on performance results.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
    • Own conversion of every stage of online funnel, identifying areas of opportunity.
    • Work with colleagues from growth team to propose and agree experiments to improve conversion and/or ROI across all product lines and journeys.
    • Work closely with front end CRO developer to create requirements (user stories), wireframes and  visual designs for experiments.
    • Ensure all esperiments are statsitically valid and have suitable hypotheses, measurement and conclusions.
    • Ensure a culture of testing and measuring all changes and launches across UX, features or pricing.
 

In addition, as the Performance Marketing Executive you should be:

  • Detailed experience of digital channels such as PPC, programmatic, paid social, YouTube, affiliates.
  • Working knowledge of CRO and analytics tools and techniques such as A/B testing tools, form optimisation, Google Analytics, PowerBI
  • Commercially and numerically minded, comfortable analysing data and trends.
