The key purpose of this role is to manage and grow specified client accounts, be highly proactive with the clients and provide them with solutions and support that facilitating the promotion and profitability of their businesses.
Support the wider internal teams deliver exceptional customer experience across all campaigns. Our client operates the renewable and solar energy sectors.
Our client provides a range of digital B2B lead generation services. The role is based remotely, with travel for meetings with other team members, supply partners and clients based in the UK.

Overview
- To develop a thorough understanding of our clients’ businesses, their markets and customers to inform projects
- Manage, maintain and measure specified client account relationships on a day-to-day basis through the execution of the services the Company offers
- Liaise with clients at an agreed frequency or greater as appropriate, preparing weekly/monthly reports with key insights for each client as required
- Consult with clients on campaign requirements and objectives and agree marketing plans/programmes
- Manage and/or execute projects, email campaigns and social activity to brief
- Analyse and report on campaign success/website activity and make suggestions for improvements
- Grow sales from existing client accounts through the suggestion of follow up work and project work that is relevant and helpful to the client
- Negotiate with clients as necessary, within authority levels
- Contact clients/prospects by email, telephone, video call, premise visits, networking and client visits Prepare proposals and estimates for clients, using WorkflowMax
- Administer, co-ordinate and execute marketing campaigns and specified projects
- Manage client projects into the supply chain
You need to have..
The Account Manager is expected to have excellent project management, commercial, administrative and communication skills in liaising with clients, colleagues, services providers and suppliers and should maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times.
Account Manager should demonstrate sound judgement of creative or project work against briefs and demonstrate a solid understanding of branding, marketing (digital) and sales best[1]practice.
