Rocking Bee Recruitment is looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to join a Global publicly listed Enterprise Software provider.  We are looking for a Field Marketeer to develop and execute campaigns and activities to boost lead generation for our customs solutions in the UK & Ireland.

Our client is a fast growing, acquisition focused enterprise technology solution company.

You will be responsible for building a marketing plan that aligns with the UK strategy and focus of the Customs sales team, creating and executing campaigns using a wide range of marketing tactics to drive lead generation.

Overview

• Successfully execute a marketing plan that drives brand awareness and pipeline acceleration for Customs solutions in the UK & Ireland enterprise market by making use of a large mix of marketing channels and tools.


• Organize hosted events for UK, as well as tradeshows throughout the region.


• Organize web seminars for our solutions, making use of the available tools in the company.


• Manage and help assign inbound sales inquiries and leads via CRM.  


• Manage the marketing budget and expenses for field marketing activities for the region, handle service provider relationships and take care of the purchase order process for the external vendors you are working with.


• Develop & execute online lead generation campaigns making use of our own website, SEA & social media


• Work with our Digital marketing Manager to improve SEO


• Work with the Product Manager to create new content pieces that can be used in the various campaigns and online channels.

In addition, as the Field Marketing Manager you should be:

• Preferably University or higher education degree with a first experience in B2B Marketing.


• Knowledge of software,  SaaS environments is a big plus.


• Experience with CRM is a big advantage.


• Have group collaboration skills as well as the ability to work independently and under deadline constraints, overseeing a large number of projects and activities


• Is a resourceful problem-solver with a hands-on attitude, leveraging internal and partner resources where and when needed to do what is right for the organisation.
