Enterprise level SaaS company. Serving over 500 million end customers globally. Acquisition driven business, recent new demand generation marketing strategy launched, seeking an experienced hands on Digital Design Marketing Manager to support lead generation and conversion.
This FTC role is focused on using the individual’s expertise to help the marketing team scale fast over the next six months as volumes of content and activity ramp up to help us meet our lead and revenue targets. This will be achieved through:
- Support creative content requirements using Adobe CS (Video, imagery, and collateral) for creating marketing assets such as web pages, brochures, social cards, infographics, etc
- Helping to support our social media channels, focusing on growth
- Optimising offline content for online adaption
- Think creatively to test new and engaging website content, design and creatives.
- Assisting in the development of the company website, recommending content where necessary
- Helping to drive organic traffic via SEO tactics using Searchmetrics/SEMRUSH and Google Analytics and recommending content where necessary
- Create hypotheses for solutions to conversion issues. Running A/B experiments to prove hypotheses true or false.
- Support PPC campaigns with content, structure, management and reporting
- Collaboration - Work with the Ops and Field marketing teams to overcome conversion issues and generate increased revenues.
Role can be home based, requirement to attend London offices, once a fortnight.
Experience
- Proven and solid (2 years min +3yrs preferred in B2B enterprise) experience as a Digital Marketer. With a deep understanding of common tools, strategies, and best practices of digital inbound marketing.
- A creative type balanced with an analytical ‘aptitude’
- Expert knowledge of the Adobe suite of products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Premier Pro)
- Good working knowledge of WordPress
- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM and CRO strategies utilizing research, A/B testing and other techniques to drive traffic and leads.
- Experience with PPC campaigns using paid social, search and display advertising an advantage
- Driven, enthusiastic self-starter and finisher.
- Keen understanding of GDPR, data control and system security and controls
- Experience with Marketo a bonus
- A strong interest in sales, marketing and/or business performance.
