We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Campaigns Manager to develop, plan, manage, and execute cross-channel lead-generation campaigns that drive growth, revenue, brand awareness, and increase our market share. This is primarily a lead generation role supporting our small and friendly sales team.
Key Tasks
- Develop and execute impactful, integrated lead-generation marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms to target specific prospect and customer segments.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop campaign assets, content, and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Work closely and collaboratively with sales teams to develop and manage lead scoring, lead tracking, and lead management workflows, etc.
- Optimise campaign processes to improve results and throughputs.
- Review and evaluate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for future campaigns.
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on campaign progress and results.
- Oversee the effectiveness of the CRM system.
The ideal candidate
- Experience of developing, executing, and managing lead-generation marketing campaigns.
- Experience working for a small organisation and part of a small team.
- History of working within a marketing role that directly supports the sales function.
- Proactive, intrapreneurial nature – someone who enjoys thinking about what we could do next, differently, and better.
- Good, persuasive copywriter.
- Flexible nature – someone who responds well to changing business needs.
- Solid team player who likes to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organised with excellent time-management skills, able to successfully juggle multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Experience using marketing platforms, tools, and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and analytics to drive campaign optimisation.
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management
