Rocking Bee Recruitment is looking for an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of our marketing strategy with particular focus on the delivery of new corporate leads to the business. 

Orientated around the customer experience the marketing department use insights to understand the motivations and challenges of target organisations, learn about them and their organisations and create tailored content that meets their needs

 

 

Key purpose:-

  • To support the development and execution of the marketing strategy to deliver new corporate leads, resulting in incremental sales whilst promoting the brand
  • Execution of large scale demand generation campaigns across all sales channels
  • Produce campaign reporting 
  • Drive constant improvement in marketing output and performance via measurement  
  • Help fulfill business aims by supporting internal stakeholders

 

Summary:-

  • Working in collaboration with the Demand Generation team to identify, create and execute engaging marketing campaigns that builds awareness and generate leads
  • Manage the build, testing, delivery and reporting of all demand generation activities across digital and offline activities, including email, social media and marketing automation
  • Responsible for running our external podcasts, paid advertising and webinars. No prior experience of this is required as training will be given, providing a great opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge
  • Develop compelling content , personalised/segmented messaging and content
  • Work with the demand generation team to create and manage on and offline events 
  • Copywriting, proof-reading material and ensuring all assets have gone through approval process
  • Maintain and optimise all demand generation communications templates and collateral
  • Manage the campaign dashboard across channels to effectively measure performance and make recommendations  
  • Design and maintain effective portfolio of point of sale material
  • Develop online and offline direct marketing campaigns

 

 

In addition, as the Marketing Communications Manager you should be:

  • Experience of B2B marketing is preferred, but B2C experience will also be considered
  • Experience in using design tools (e.g. Adobe CS) and email management tools (e.g. DotDigital)
  • Experience of virtual and offline event management
  • Good analytical, organisational and personal management skills
  • A creative flair with an eye for design and attention to detail
  • An ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, enjoying the challenge of managing multiple projects simultaneously, working under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an evident customer focused approach
