In the role of Design Studio eLearning Developer, you will work closely with the Head of Design Studio to design, develop/commission and implement e-learning/digital solutions.


This is a new and important appointment developing technological capability and provide solutions for the enhancement of learning and the delegate experience through the facilitation of innovation, creativity, and knowledge transfer regarding e-learning.

 

Overview

  • Design / building of effective technological solutions to emerging learning and development needs
  • Design and building of eLearning materials to support development needs across the business
  • Support the development and management of communications to ensure everyone across the business is aware of new initiatives and projects in the Design Studio. 
  • Support the training of staff to use the new digital recording suite and to oversee recordings and editing of recorded outputs.

 

In addition, you should be:

  • Minimum of two years eLearning design and development experience.
  • Graphic Design background.
  • Instructional Design knowledge.
  • Proficient in the use of the Articulate Storyline content authoring tool (we also use Rise).
  • Understanding of eLearning standards (SCORM).
  • Experience of dealing with targets, SLAs, and complaints.
  • Have a thorough and contemporary understanding of e-learning.
  • Have a thorough grasp of instructional design practice relating to technology-based learning. 
  • Evidence of innovative application of e-learning technologies.
  • Business awareness and service orientation.
