About the Role
We’re seeking an Ecommerce Manager to oversee both front-end and back-end eCommerce operations, ensuring seamless online shopping experiences and driving growth. Reporting into the Senior Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the digital future of a business on an exciting trajectory, with significant expansion plans for 2025.

What You’ll Do
Front-End Responsibilities
- Own the website’s look, feel, and functionality to deliver engaging and effective online experiences.
- Lead product launches, visual merchandising, and category management to optimize sales performance.
- Partner with content, marketing, and design teams to execute online campaigns.
- Analyze trade performance using tools like Shopify and Hotjar, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and user experience.
Back-End Responsibilities
- Oversee the integration and optimization of eCommerce systems and processes, ensuring smooth operations.
- Work closely with IT and development teams to troubleshoot and enhance the technical performance of the website.
- Manage site updates, system integrations, and third-party platforms to align with business goals.
- Ensure data integrity across inventory, order processing, and customer information systems.
Team Management and Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a small team of eCommerce professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including marketing, wholesale, and production, to align eCommerce strategies with overall business objectives.
- Be proactive and reactive to external factors, such as trends, news, and customer behaviour.
About You
- Proven experience in eCommerce management, with both front-end and back-end responsibilities (Shopify experience preferred).
- Strong creative vision combined with an analytical approach to decision-making.
- Proficient in using eCommerce tools and platforms to monitor and improve performance.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
- Experience in international eCommerce is a bonus.
