About the Role
As a Digital Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in analysing data from platforms like Google Analytics, Meta, and paid advertising channels.

Your insights will guide our strategies, drive optimization, and ensure we stay ahead in a competitive market.

What You'll Do

• Google Analytics Expertise: Track website performance, user behaviour, and conversion rates using GA4. Provide actionable insights to improve user experience and business outcomes.
• Campaign Analysis: Dive deep into Meta and Google Ads campaigns to evaluate ROI, ad spend, and effectiveness. Work with cross-functional teams to link marketing activity to offline sales and develop tracking measures.
• Data Visualization & Insights: Create dashboards and reports that turn data into stories, helping stakeholders make informed decisions.
• Continuous Improvement: Keep us ahead of the curve by introducing tools and processes that enhance our understanding of digital performance.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Excel, and Google Tag Manager.
• Analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and identify trends.
• Experience with additional platforms such as YouTube Ads or offline conversion tracking is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to translate data insights into clear recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with tools like SQL, Python, or R is an advantage.
