Mid-Level Designer
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Full-time, part-time, school hours, or flexible considered

We’re looking for a talented and adaptable Designer to join our in-house creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide variety of creative projects that will be seen across the country — from social media campaigns and recruitment materials to event branding and digital content.
You’ll be hands-on, working closely with our Lead Designer and wider Marketing team to bring the brand to life across digital, print, and physical environments. Whether it's a social post or a large-scale event backdrop, you’ll take pride in producing high-quality, engaging design that makes a difference.
What You’ll Do
- Create and deliver design assets across a wide range of media, including:
- Social graphics, digital content, and emails
- Flyers, brochures, posters, and direct mail
- Internal comms, presentation decks, and onboarding materials
- Event branding and promotional items
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across the business
- Apply brand and accessibility guidelines to ensure consistency and impact
- Organise and maintain design templates, assets, and libraries
- Keep up to date with design trends and tools
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience in a design role within a fast-paced or multi-channel environment
- Strong portfolio showing creative flair across formats
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent layout and typography skills, with attention to detail
- Familiar with social, web, and email design
- Organised, collaborative, and confident managing multiple deadlines
- Bonus: basic motion or video editing skills
