eCommerce Manager (12-Month FTC)
Cirencester

£40,000–£48,000

12-month maternity cover

Oct/Nov start

3 days office

Are you a commercially minded marketing leader with a strong grasp of eCommerce? Do you enjoy rolling up your sleeves to make things happen, while also setting and driving strategy?

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on eCommerce Manager to join a well-established, design-led retail business in Cirencester. This is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave for approximately 12 months, starting October/November.

You’ll lead all marketing and digital activity across multiple channels, from digital campaigns and CRM to print advertising and website optimisation. Working closely with one direct report and supported by external specialists (PPC, SEO, content, design), you’ll be responsible for campaign planning, customer acquisition, performance reporting, and shaping a data-led marketing strategy that delivers results.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a visible, impactful role within a friendly and collaborative business. You’ll be encouraged to bring ideas to the table, take ownership, and make a real difference.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and execute the full marketing & eCommerce strategy
  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning and delivery across digital, social, email, and print
  • Manage and mentor a Social Media & eCommerce Executive
  • Work with external partners across PPC, SEO, content, and design
  • Report on performance and suggest optimisation strategies
  • Manage CRM activity (experience in Klaviyo preferred)
  • Oversee the website (Shopify experience would be a plus)
  • Manage the marketing budget and report to senior leadership

About you:

  • Proven marketing & eCommerce experience (ideally retail or D2C)
  • Strong campaign management and analytical skills
  • Confident using platforms like Klaviyo, Shopify, Adobe Photoshop
  • A natural collaborator, able to lead, influence and roll up your sleeves
  • Data-driven and results-focused with commercial acumen
