Senior Account Director
Exciting new role for an AD / SAD to join an established and trusted organisation. Operating in B2C, our client deliver’s powerful, insight-led, multi-channel campaigns. To support our continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Account Director or Senior Account Director to join the team.
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of all marketing operations, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly across direct, digital, and customer engagement channels. You’ll work closely with our Content, Digital, and Design teams to deliver fully integrated strategies that drive measurable impact for our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing multi-channel direct marketing campaigns (print, digital, email).
- Managing external data suppliers, agencies, and production partners to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
- Optimising the marketing technology stack, ensuring best-in-class tools and processes.
- Collaborating with CS, digital, and creative teams to align campaign activity.
- Managing campaign budgets, reporting, and allocation of resources.
- Analysing performance, tracking KPIs, and delivering actionable insights to improve effectiveness at SMT
- Leading the optimisation of websites and customer engagement campaigns.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience, ideally agency side, with strong exposure to direct and digital marketing.
- A proven track record in managing and delivering campaigns end-to-end.
- Excellent project management, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working with data suppliers, print vendors, and digital partners.
- Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric, resilient, and innovative in approach.
