Description

Account Manager

Are you an experienced agency side or client side marketer who loves building client relationships, delivering exceptional campaigns, and driving account growth.  This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key client-facing role where you’ll lead integrated marketing programmes for a range of ambitious businesses.

We’re looking for a proactive, confident, and detail-driven Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys being the go-to point of contact for clients and internal teams alike.  This could suit AE looking to step into AM or an experienced AM looking for a new challenge.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client & Account Management

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand their goals, challenges, and marketing priorities.
  • Ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Campaign & Project Delivery

  • Manage marketing programmes end-to-end — from brief to reporting.
  • Coordinate with strategists, creatives, and digital teams to deliver results-driven campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise throughout.

Commercial Focus

  • Oversee profitability across your portfolio.
  • Ensure accounts are stable, well-managed, and consistently growing.
  • Support forecast planning and contribute to organic year-on-year account growth.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and support junior team members.
  • Delegate effectively and ensure the team delivers high-quality output.
  • Help create a positive, collaborative working environment.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing agency.
  • Strong track record managing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent client-facing skills — credible, confident, and relationship-focused.
  • Commercially minded with an understanding of profitability and account growth.
  • Highly organised with strong project management ability.
  • Clear communicator (written & verbal) with the ability to inspire confidence.

Why This Role?

  • Hybrid working (2 office days, 3 WFH).
  • Supportive, ambitious environment with real opportunity to progress.
  • Work on varied, exciting marketing campaigns.
  • Join a collaborative team where ideas and innovation are valued.
