Overview
- Must be able to evaluate and identify software solutions applying architectural styles and design patterns were appropriate
- Will be responsible in leading analysis, design, programming, testing and deployment of application Ensure good software and security practices are followed in both the development process and installed products
- Broad and extensive knowledge of the software development process and its technologies and keep up to date with current practices
- Mentor subordinates by sharing skills and expertise with the team and setting a positive example for them.
- Share relevant articles with the development team in order for them to keep up to date with current technologies and practices specific to existing or proposed applications
- Participate in identifying technical issues related to service delivery, identify solutions and work with the resolutions
- Engage in the production of technical documents as required
- Work within a small team using agile principles
- Participate in briefings, consultation, installation, reviews and interviews
- Participate in work planning and estimating sessions
- Aid in and improve the build, delivery and product lifecycle processes
- Aid in managing requirements to ensure maximum satisfaction, and to maintain quality
- Supervise activities between internal and external resources as required, and facilitate smooth workflow for service delivery
- Be available to travel to meetings at other company sites
- Carry out other technical related duties that may be rarely required, including on-site visits
