£25,000 PLUS quarterly bonuses!
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this is a broad, all-encompassing digital marketing role. Supporting the Marketing Manager with the delivery of the digital marketing and lead generation strategy, managing integrated digital media campaigns.
The day to day…
- Managing paid media advertising accounts to include Facebook, Google/Bing PPC Adwords
- Manage social media platforms
- Analyse & report on campaign performance & other marketing data
- Creating blog articles & web pages optimised for SEO to generate organic web traffic & leads
- Producing regular B2C email campaigns
- Communicate digital marketing activity internally to sales teams & collaborate with external partners
- Spotting opportunities & recommending digital media activity to the Marketing Manager to grow the brand & generate leads
- Support Marketing Manager in organising brand & company presence at events
- Ad-hoc Marketing projects

- Strong Broad digital marketing experience, especially with Paid media and Organic channels
- Minimum 12 months experience within a Marketing department with relevant Marketing qualification
- Confident with the MS package
- Use of website content management systems e.g. WordPress
- Use of photo & video editing packages such as Photoshop
- Content and copywriting capability, especially for Social Media
- Commercially & analytically minded
- Organised & detail conscious
- Communicate well both in writing & verbally in English
- Able to work well as part of a small team & can work independently
- Ability to think outside of the box, be creative & make the role your own
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
