Joining this team at a great time of growth, as Paid Media Executive you will have the opportunity to develop and put into practice a wide range of digital marketing skills, scale up the business’s digital marketing activities and help to make the most of its growth opportunities.
We are looking for a highly analytical, technical data driven Paid Media Executive whose main task will be to develop, implement and manage the day-to-day paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook and Instagram.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, and working with the existing marketing team you will play an important role to help grow the business via the paid channels
The day to day
- Developing and executing campaigns for email marketing, paid search marketing, search engine marketing, website, social media, and SMS
- Developing and executing email campaigns, including new client acquisition and existing client newsletters / engagement
- Development and management of PPC campaigns (Google Adwords / Bing/Facebook)
- Ability to report on campaign outcomes and deliver leads to the business against an agreed CPL and CPA
- Landing page optimisation
- Keyword research and creation of ads on the various platforms
- Managing and helping develop the business’s wider digital brand / presence
- Analytical tracking implementation and rollout, including use of Google Analytics
- A/B split testing across all channels using tools such as Optimizely
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information

The experience you will need
- 2+ years of Paid Media marketing experience, either agency or client side
- Strong email marketing skills
- Website development skills, including experience using Dreamweaver & Photoshop and creating / editing HTML web pages and emails
- Knowledge of planning and building dynamic campaigns
- The ideal candidate will be extremely well organised and have excellent attention to detail.
- Good analytical skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Google DataStudio
- Good communication skills
- A genuine passion for all things Paid Media and digital!
