Our client is looking for an experienced backend Wordpress Developer to join their successful marketing team.
You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to support and reinforce marketing campaigns. Experience in B2B marketing in the technology industry would be advantageous.
Typical tasks…
Website – Full ownership:
- Daily uploads of country specific blogs, press releases etc + maintenance of corporate blog
- Working on the site back end, clearing out issues adding tags and key words
- Setting up Google dashboards for each country page for analytics by country (as well as the overall corporate dashboard) generating reports
- SEO work in all languages
- Full Wordpress PHP scripting language ownership
- Supporting a global business
Content - Support:
· Short content creation pieces (based off existing content), min 2 per week
LinkedIn – Full ownership:
- Manage and monitor the corporate LinkedIn account – gather stats regularly
- Manage MAS and ALS workstreams, create posts linking to web
- Manage adverts - as and when required
You need to have..
- Proven experience as backend Wordpress Developer
- Global website experience and language localisation
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords and SEO/SEM
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and stakeholders
- The ability to work independently and flexibly
- The capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects
- The ability to work as part of a team
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Analytical skills
- Knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms
- Excellent IT skills.
