- Project Manager – Agency Side
Rocking Bee Recruitment is looking for an agency side or client side Project Manager.
Our client is an established digital agency delivering some industry leading projects for global household named brands. Their work continues to be noticed and they need help to take the next step.
We are looking for a sophisticated, technically savvy Project Manager to manage client marketing projects to ensure proper prioritization, adherence to deadlines and formalized status communication. You will be high-energy, highly organised and enjoy managing detailed tasks working with individuals of varied personalities. We are looking for a smart, creative and analytical person with experience bringing complicated projects successfully to market often under highly pressured deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and project manage marketing projects
• Clearly defines project outlines, dependencies and deliverables based on business need
• Coordinates resources for multiple projects simultaneously
• Works with other teams both inside and outside agency to move joint projects forward
• Proactively escalates and communicates potential issues and risks
• Produces weekly status reports to communicate project status to client and management
• Makes recommendations for continuous enhancements in regards to process improvement
• Owns and maintains processes and process documentation
• Develops a post-deployment project analysis, includes highlights and problem areas
• Acts a subject matter expert on all marketing processes
• Performs ad-hoc projects as requested by management
• Executes ongoing marketing metrics for management reporting.
• Perseveres even when instructions and context are vague
Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with Project Management experience
• High organised yet creative, a self-starter interested in a hands-on learning environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to successfully work independently with very little guidance, as well as collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, and successfully juggling multiple projects
• Smart, creative problem-solver
