Joining this team at a great time of growth, as Paid Media Executive you will have the opportunity to develop and put into practice a wide range of digital marketing skills, scale up the business’s digital marketing activities and help to make the most of its growth opportunities.
We are looking for ideally, 3+ years of experience of actively managing B2B and B2C paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter and GDN.
In addition, you will be proficient in planning, setting up and managing multiple paid media campaigns and will be passionate about paid media and digital marketing.
As the role is mainly home-based, efficient time management of day-to-day workload is essential, as is the ability to work across multiple client accounts simultaneously, with reliability, flexibility and proactivity at the forefront.
We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable taking ownership of client accounts and is able to hit the ground running in a small and busy agency team.
The day to day
- Developing client ad plans and ad strategies
- Hands-on management of client Google Ads, shopping & paid social accounts
- Managing multiple uk and international campaigns
- Working with internal teams to understand client goals & kpis
- Forecasting, planning, creating and managing ads across multiple platforms
- Creating new account structures in line with best practice
- Closely managing budgets and hitting kpi targets
- Creating new ads and writing ad copy
- Keyword research for ppc & seo campaigns
- Carrying out account audits across google ads and paid social
- Ongoing analysis and optimisation of campaigns
- Keeping on top of latest platform changes and best practices
- Sharing knowledge with the team
- Monthly reporting to include providing insights

The experience you will need:-
- Minimum 3 years experience managing PPC, display, paid social and analytics
- Ability to analyse data and trends
- Good working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Ability to create insightful reports demonstrating campaign success, ROI and learnings
- High attention-to-detail, problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Account based Marketing and Account Based Advertising strategy
- Self-motivated individual with a positive and “can-do” attitude
- Experience managing both B2B and B2C campaigns
- Desirable but not essential: Experience in FinTech, financial services and e-commerce
- Desirable but not essential: knowledge of on-page SEO and SEO tools: Moz, SEMRush, etc.
