To develop strong, design driven work across a breadth of projects, clients, pitches and briefs that ensures that consistently delivers a creative product of the highest standard.
Overview
- As a junior in the team you will play an integral part in getting the smaller jobs through the business, picking up rounds of amends and ensuring consistency and attention to detail throughout.
- Be bursting with creativity and original ideas.
- Have a strong typographic understanding and an ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Be a conscientious and hard-working individual showing great enthusiasm to learn and pass on your learnings to the team.
- Manage your own workload, with your team’s help.
- Be a collaborative, team player able to get stuck in when things get busy.
- Have excellent organisational skills & time management.
- We work quickly and often manage multiple projects at once so you will need to be comfortable multitasking and switching your attention from client to client.
- Work across various digital media, including email, web, apps and print.
- Ensure visual impact on everything you do, utilising consistent and bespoke layouts throughout.
- Actively involved in client and internal presentations, with support from more senior team members when needed.

Broad program capabilities – Adobe suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Xd, PowerPoint and PDF creation/amendment.
Up to 2 years agency/design experience. We will consider graduates with relevant portfolios. - Background in design – this could be academic or through internships/experience in relevant area.
