The day to day…
- To manage the delivery of email and online campaigns from design
- Own the delivery of email marketing communications – to build CRM programmes across all brands.
- Take ownership of all promotional and transactional email campaigns
- Working closely with the Online Merchandisers to assist in delivering an online trading plan across brand
- Report, analyse and feedback performance of all email campaigns and provide recommendations for changes
- Take responsibility for the email database. Segment recipients based on previous email interactions. Track open rates, bounce rates and spam complaints
- Responsible for increasing the email subscriptions and keeping the customer engaged
- Stay current with best practices and industry law and regulations
- Work across the departments identifying best sellers and trading opportunities
- Work with the data team in targeting emails to the relevant segments.
- Work with the designers to build and test all emails, responsible for setting up all data and promotions to support the email campaigns
- Previous experience of managing the email marketing of a B2C business essential.
- Highly numerate with a proven ability to analyse results, draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels across the business to plan and execute optimum marketing communications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience briefing and debriefing creative and copy writing
- Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Intermediate Word and Excel
