Senior Account Manager – Fintech Agency
£45k, home based
 
•            Rapidly scaling Fintech Digital Agency
•            Own campaign delivery across a number of global B2B Fintech clients
•            Strategically lead client project delivery across full range of digital solutions

Overview

  • Managing client relationships, client strategy and the delivery of client work to exceed goals and expectations.
  • Manage strategy and planning for high value accounts.
  • Project Management using Teamwork (PM tool) and orchestration of all digital marketing activity for clients.
  • Working closely with the Content Manager, Paid Media Manager and freelancers to deliver client work to high quality standards.
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing, demand generation and ABM.
  • Conducting weekly account calls with the internal team and monthly reporting calls with clients.
  • Delivering client workshops.
  • Working with clients on their advertising strategy including Google Ads, retargeting and paid social.
  • Producing monthly client reports, analysing the data, providing meaningful insights and strategic direction for accounts.
  • Updating all activity within the HubSpot CRM, communicating internally using Slack and joining team Zoom meetings.
  • Experience using HubSpot and other marketing automation platforms
  • Creating commercial opportunities with current clients to maximise revenue growth

  • Education: Educated to A Level standard and/or an equivalent marketing qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a B2B digital marketing role (client or agency side) 
  • Knowledge of FinTech / Financial Services marketing (preferred)
  • Project Management qualification (preferred)
