As an Associate Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service, managing internal and external stakeholders, and driving best-in-class development and delivery.

You'll lead a range of diverse projects for a prestigious client roster, strategically managing commercial relationships between your clients and the business.  This is a high impact role and will suit an individual looking for the next step in their client services experience within the data/crm world.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Be the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring the timely and on-budget delivery of all projects
  • Independently manage the financial aspects of your clients, identifying new opportunities and addressing risks to maximize profitability
  • Coordinate internal and third-party partner teams to execute complex programs, from proposal to delivery, while maintaining clear communication with clients.
  • Lead client meetings, including status updates, quarterly reviews, and innovation sessions as a key representative
  • Drive growth within your client accounts by understanding their business needs and actively participating in account planning and reviews.
  • Ensure project profitability aligns with business expectations and involve relevant stakeholders in project scoping and costing.
  • Mentor and manage assigned team members, providing guidance on training and overseeing their appraisals.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory obligations, industry trends, best practices, and project management complexities, seeking specialist support when necessary.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable project briefs for project teams.
  • Familiarize yourself with your clients' existing systems and applications, understanding their data capture, sourcing, and its value
  • Craft compelling presentations and proposals, delivering them with credibility to clients and senior stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a high-performing Senior Account Manager or Account Director in a technical environment.
  • CRM and data management experience is essential.
  • Significant recent experience in leading or managing projects with cross-functional teams.
  • A degree or qualification in Business/Marketing is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured thinking approach.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in communication, influencing, and relationship management at senior levels.
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for learning and attention to detail.
  • Commercial acumen with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in marketing automation and IT applications such as Fast Stats, Qlik Sense/Qlik View, PowerBI.
