As a senior member of the strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our global clients.
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in developing brand, digital, and creative strategic ideas, particularly for B2C clients.
Your extensive experience in Retail, FMCG and Beverage brands will support the expansion of the agency’s creative + digital service offering into existing global accounts.
Working closely with internal business partners and creatives, you will deliver insight-led brand and creative strategies and tactical planning across new and existing clients that deliver meaningful impact
You will play a leading role in pitch proposals; developing the pitch narrative with the wider pitch team, developing the strategic rationale and key insights, producing the creative brief and giving direction to the creative development process.
Overview
- Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to clients on all things about brand and communications. Collaborate closely to understand their goals, challenges, and market dynamics.
- Propose the direction of the brand/product and positioning from the perspective of market and macro trends.
- Undertake market planning and market structural analyses. Design and undertake qualitative and quantitative research to identify key audience insights, motivations and behaviours.
- Distil client brief and assimilate knowledge of brand and market to define the strategic approach and rationale, marketing proposition, tactical planning, customer journeys and key messaging.
- Utilize data and analytics to derive actionable insights, inform decision-making, and continuously optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact.
- Clear briefing to creative team and collaboration with creative and account team to execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with the overall strategy.
- Assist in the development of the creative idea – delivering market insights, audience personas and customer journeys to make the creative output more compelling.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in emerging technologies and incorporate these technologies into strategic plans to deliver innovative solutions
- Lead, motivate and inspire those around you – not just direct reports but other members of the strategy and planning team, and wider account teams – to deliver excellence.

- Line management responsibility for a small team including data CRM planners, helping to manage their workload, performance and development.

- Extensive and demonstrable experience in strategic planning, with expertise working for global consumer brands.
- Proven experience developing brand, digital, and online to offline (O2O) strategies for global clients.
- In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Extended-Reality (AR/VR/MR), eCommerce, Social, Brand Activation, and Shopper Marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Inquisitive, with high levels of energy and resourcefulness.
