Rocking Bee Recruitment is looking for an experienced eCRM Marketing Executive to support increasing sales through improved customer retention and lead generation, providing added value service to our internal and external customer base whilst maintaining and enhancing our brand profile within the market and those of our partners. The role is offered on a Fixed Term contract for 12 months.
Key purpose:-
- Build and maintain the system of automated email communications for our customers across our multi-channel markets
- Maintain and manage customer and prospect data in CRM systems inc. Microsoft Dynamics
- Provide a clear view of our campaigns to key stakeholders through relevant reporting
- Responsible data management of the email platform
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to support the transition of our digitalisation of our customer communications
- Ensure customer and marketing email communication delivery is effective and compliant
- Help maintain and manage customer and prospect data in CRM systems inc. Microsoft Dynamics
- Responsible for ensuring all branding and content for templates is updated in a timely manner
Summary:-
- Create, implement and maintain customer communications and marketing automation programmes
- Support the Communications Lead in building clear customer communication journeys through quality data and reporting capability on each platform
- Contribute to and support the overall marketing communications strategy
- Assist with data hygiene, system maintenance and lead management
- Monitor program performance and develop necessary reports/reporting structure
- Participate in cross-functional digital marketing projects that include Marketing Automation
- Manage email communications to ensure quality and consistency
- Assist with data hygiene, system maintenance and lead management
- Assist in list management (Data List and imports)
- Participate in strategy, customer journey design and content development for new campaigns
- Participate with continued assessment of new platforms and integrations to enhance Marketing Automation performance
- Participate in cross-functional digital marketing projects that include Marketing Automation
- Manage email communications to ensure quality and consistency and compliance
In addition, you should be:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in email marketing and automation
- Expertise in building / designing HTML emails, data management, CRM (in particular Dotdigital)
- A planning mind-set and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills
- Eye for accuracy: Deliver work of a consistently high standard, which is meticulously checked
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- An ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, enjoying the challenge of managing multiple projects simultaneously, working under pressure and to tight deadlines
