Rocking Bee Recruitment is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing and measuring all business to business marketing, targeting both affiliate networks and retailers.
You will be highly adept at getting the most from all the main social channels; Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram knowing what content works best on each and how to rapidly grow an audience using both paid and organic adverts, retargeting and other data tools.
You will be confident will all marcoms tools; Email, webinars, social, events, workshops, meet ups, etc. and know how to leverage to grow our reach, engagement and ultimately sales through our partners and with our retailer clients.
You will also be happy directing a content plan. Understanding an industry’s hot topics, building a panel of speakers and interviewees for articles, webinars and podcasts, testing what works and what doesn’t to ultimately deliver a highly engaging content plan to the right people at the right time.
You will own the brand, growing it into the industry’s leader, a real authority for digital shopping. You will drive our thought leadership programs to own the industry narrative.
You will be both a strategizer and doer. Someone who can see what needs to be done but also enjoys rolling their sleeves up!
You will be supported by a social media manager and marketing exec along with outsourced content and PR and the whole team supporting your success!
Overview
- Positioning the business as market leader and authority in digital ecommerce shopping
- Owning the events plan, content plan, communications plan and lead gen plan
- Negotiating and executing all contracts
- Own the marketing budget, managing and developing the marketing team
- Driving marketing influenced pipeline and generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) for the sales team
- Analyzing, tracking, and reporting on all activity and ultimately optimizing ROI
In addition, as the Marketing Manager you should be:
- 3-5 years experience managing multi country B2B marketing
- Experience using Salesforce.com
- Be a high-performance team player who can work cross-functionally
- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate impact
- Ability to influence and work cross-functionally across multiple internal teams
- A great teammate and self-starter that is comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment, taking initiative with limited resources, and making data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Comfortable managing multiple assignments with competing priorities and tight deadlines
