Head of Marketing
Are you a strategic, hands-on marketing leader who thrives on driving customer engagement and business growth? We’re seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our clients marketing function and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand.
Taking ownership of the planning and execution of marketing operations, with a strong focus on direct and digital marketing campaigns.
Manage a skilled team including digital, content and design specialists, ensuring cohesive and impactful marketing strategies across all channels.
Your goal will be to ensure the volume of customers engaging with our services meets or exceeds capacity, while maintaining cost-effective customer acquisition.
This is a role for a highly organised, data-driven marketer who is equally comfortable with strategy and delivery.
This role will also suit senior agency side looking for client side move.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, manage multi-channel campaigns (DM, digital, email, SMS).
- Lead marketing operations function, setting priorities, ensuring delivery
- Manage agency and supplier relationships, data providers and print vendors.
- Oversee marketing tech stack, ensuring tools are optimised and delivering results.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, IT, CS and operations to align marketing activity.
- Plan, manage and report on marketing budgets.
- Analyse campaign performance, providing insights to improve effectiveness.
- Drive the ongoing development and optimisation of the company website.
- Enhance ongoing communications with our customer base.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing operations, strong exposure to both direct and digital marketing.
- Agency side and or client side experience considered
- Proven ability to design and deliver high-performing campaigns.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with a disciplined, detail-driven approach.
- Strong analytical ability with experience in interpreting campaign data.
- Experience working with data suppliers, printers and agencies.
- Resilient, innovative, and customer-centric in your thinking.
