We are looking for a sophisticated, multi-tasker savvy Account Manager to join our ambitious and talented team. Someone who is proactive, highly organised, able to lead client project teams and develop deep long-term client relationships.
Ideally, the right candidate may come from an integrated agency background. You will be open-minded, able to lead clients, embrace client projects and deliver to stretching deadlines. You will be naturally outgoing, confident and isn’t afraid to challenge, hold to account and offer new ideas.
You will be high-energy, highly organised and enjoy managing detailed tasks working with individuals of varied personalities. We want someone smart, creative and analytical, with experience of managing large key clients through projects successfully to market often under highly pressured deadlines.
In addition, as the Account Manager you should be:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 3+ Account Management experience
- High organised yet creative, a self-starter interested in a hands-on learning environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- Capable of clearly and accurately briefing client requirements
- Ability to successfully work independently with very little guidance, as well as collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, and successfully juggling multiple projects
- Smart, creative problem-solver
