Rocking Bee Recruitment is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead and manage the deployment of an integrated marketing strategy across the organisation. With an excellent track record of driving brand and acquisition you will be ready to take our clients plans and turn them into a profitable trading channel.
Reporting directly to the CEO, your experience as Head of Marketing and commercial acumen will enable you to effectively step into the role and make impact from Q1.

Overview
- Responsible for Strategy, Planning and budgetary control of all marketing and PR in line with company objectives
- Manage the deployment of the digital business strategy online, with partners and internal digital team
- Responsible for building relationships and driving acquisition through online channels
- Develop and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns
- Undertake promotional forecasting to ensure accuracy/deliver against targets
- Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website
- Utilise a range of techniques including SEM, SEO and PPC
- Manage the design, build and maintenance of our social media presence
- Manage online/offline brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs such as lead generation and engagement)
- Manage all our B2B marketing activities
- Working closely with all teams across the business assisting with new product launches
- Create and encourage collaborative internal and cross-department ways of working ensuring relevant teams in Sales, Product and Marketing are working towards delivery of commercial objectives
- Create a data-led approach to decision making and ensure it permeates to the wider business.
- Network closely with other parts of the group, contributing as appropriate to the development and implementation of Group-wide strategies to meet agreed organisational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales
In addition, as the Head of Marketing you should be:
- Minimum 5 years senior marketing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
- Must have demonstrable experience building relationships and driving growth across online channels
- Experience in analytical tools such as GoogleAnalytics (GA) Data Cube, GoogleDocs
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Demonstratable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and integrated digital campaigns.
- Highly creative, experience of building a brand image, identifying target audiences and devising engaging campaigns.
- Excellent influencing and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
- Strong Knowledge of website analytics.
- Pro-active and energetic approach to solving business problems.
- Strong leadership skills.
