- Description
- The SEO copywriter will manage the product descriptions, category content and static pages across four brand websites. You will support the ideation, creation, and ongoing development of the content hub, and work closely with business partners to manage digital PR and outreach campaigns.

Key Objectives
- With lots of opportunity for improved visibility in SERPs, create and own a priority list of projects that will increase traffic and generate an uplift in organic revenue
- Create compelling, detailed and search engine friendly copy in line with brand tone of voice
- Measure and report performance of all SEO marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with third party organisations to assist in the execution of digital PR
- Work with Head of eCommerce, Digital Marketing Manager and Group Marketing Manager to produce a content calendar aligned with all marketing channels
- Update pre-written product descriptions if further optimisation is required using the PIM database
- Be the go-to person for new category naming, meta titles & descriptions, banner copy and internal back linking
- Produce relevant online editorials that will offer customer engagement, SEO opportunities and key landing pages for email, social media, and digital PR
- Work closely with PPC executive to ensure targeting the correct keywords and phrases, and produce landing pages to support paid campaigns
- Work with technical SEO to build their project plan with the content calendar in mind
- Using Google Analytics and other performance measurement tools to monitor performance of the site and take swift action on areas that have quick wins or that could penalise us
- An English language master who enjoys reading and loves to write compelling copy
- Minimum 3 years e-Commerce experience
- Proficient use of html
- Able to communicate confidently with internal stakeholders, external business partners and most of all the customers
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and write that engage, inform, and convert
- Advanced user of GA. Able to interpret and report on numbers and analytics, and more importantly love using them to create serious and practical advantages and insights
- Project management experience and comfortable working to tight deadlines
- Customer first, Google second approach to content production
- High attention to detail with natural proof-reading abilities
- Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and be prepared to do what is needed to get the job done
- Demonstrates genuine excitement at moving up that first page of SERPs and creates a buzz about it
