Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Manage Projects, Oversee transformation projects in line with our strategy and schedule.

• Strategic Input, Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our transformation strategy.

• Resource Planning, Define resources, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Project Oversight, Plan and oversee deliverables, budgets, tasks, and milestones.

• Issue Resolution, Efficiently resolve project issues and demonstrate strong leadership.

• Methodology Management, Define project methodologies and documentation standards.

• Governance & Reporting, Establish reporting structures and communicate progress.

• Stakeholder Collaboration, Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and facilitate understanding.

• Supplier Engagement, Collaborate with partners to implement project plans.

Experience

• Degree or equivalent.
• PRINCE2, PRINCE2 AGILE, or Certified ScrumMaster certification.
• Demonstrable project management experience.
• Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Commercially aware with supplier management experience.
• Proven change management success.
• Outstanding engagement and communication skills.
