Are you a creative and data-driven email marketer with a passion for e-commerce and digital engagement? We're looking for an ambitious Email Marketing Executive to join a fast-growing brand based in Bristol, driving engaging, sales-focused email content that supports customer retention and brand growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of the email marketing channel and grow within a small, dynamic team. You'll work closely with the Retention Manager to optimise automations and campaigns, shaping the customer journey from first purchase to loyal repeat buyer. Ideally, proficient with Klaviyo, will consider similar applications
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimise automated flows with A/B testing strategies
- Create engaging and conversion-driven broadcast campaigns
- Use customer segmentation to drive email performance
- Contribute to wider marketing strategy and execution
- Manage inbound customer service queries as part of the post-purchase journey
Skills & Experience
- Understanding of digital marketing and customer journey optimisation
- Proficient in data analysis, A/B testing, and performance reporting
- Eye for design and content creation (to be demonstrated in interview)
- Experience with Klaviyo is a plus
- Team-oriented mindset and readiness to contribute across the business
- Committed, adaptable, and eager to grow with the role
