Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Data Specialist to join an exciting global organisation.  The role is mainly home based, with occasional travel to its Wiltshire based offices.

The principle requirements of the role is to manage, populate and update product data with specifications as required for websites, online and mobile tools.

To manage the price list review process according to auditing codes, update price files and communicate new details internally and externally .

To manage and report on marketing purchasing and budgets.

To respond to customer requests for product data (inluding packaging, sustainability, features and benefits) and images and for direct uploads to third party websites.

To maintain competitor comparison data and pricing and create sales tools to present information.

Key Responsibilities:

• To manage and populate data for products for the BU websites.
• To provide customers with product data for their systems.
• To enhance existing product data to fulfil the needs of partners for website-ready content.
• To create data to fulfil competitor equivalents codes requests.
• To raise purchase requests and receive invoices in SAP to enable payment.
• To manage the budget tracking and reporting process.
• To manage the product photo library and assets and ensure the content is linked to SAP data
• Using systems to create and maintain the sales section data for products in SAP

Qualifications:

• Excellent working knowledge of Excel, look ups,
• High degree of accuracy and numeracy
• Proven experience in managing data on spreadsheet
• SAP experience would be an advantage
• Educated to ‘A’ level standard or equivalent in relevant subjects
• Desirable: Diploma or degree or equivalent in Marketing or business related subjects
