Are you a passionate and results-driven Marketing & Campaign Manager looking for your next challenge?
The role is wide ranging, from creating and activating the annual calendar of brand and acquisition campaigns, supporting with the development of the marketing strategy to managing the marketing calendar.
A key focus of the role is driving customer acquisition (leads) to support business growth requirements.
About the Role
As Marketing & Campaign Manager, you’ll play a crucial role owning the delivery of impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, you’ll work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and third-party partners to ensure marketing plans are executed on time and on budget.
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Develop & execute marketing campaigns that align with the wider business plans
✅ Manage the marketing calendar to ensure seamless coordination across teams
✅ Work with creative & media agencies to plan and deliver campaigns
✅ Track & evaluate campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI
✅ Manage relationships with advertising portal partners
✅ Oversee budgets to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scopeWhat We’re Looking For
✔ 3-5 years’ experience in marketing campaign management
✔ A proactive, hands-on approach – we love a ‘roll your sleeves up’ attitude!
✔ Strong skills in campaign planning, creative briefing & media strategy
✔ Analytical mindset – able to interpret data and report on effectiveness
✔ Excellent communication & relationship management skills
✔ Highly organised with great project management abilities
