Internal Comms Executive – 2 days office
We’re looking for a creative and driven Internal Comms Executive to lead internal communications and engagement initiatives that bring our workplace culture to life.
You’ll work across teams to drive employee experience, support wellbeing and diversity efforts, and help shape how we communicate and celebrate together.

What You’ll Do
- Lead internal communications across newsletters, intranet, video, and events
- Plan and deliver engagement initiatives and surveys
- Support leadership with transparent, people-focused comms
- Organize recognition events, cultural campaigns, and wellbeing activities
- Assist with day-to-day HR and employee relations support
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ years in internal comms, HR, or people engagement
- Confident communicator who builds strong relationships
- Creative mindset with tools like Canva, SharePoint, Campaign Monitor
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
