Data Scientist – Pricing & Analytics
We're looking for a Data Scientist who’s passionate about applying advanced ML techniques to deliver smarter pricing strategies and better customer experiences within the Insurance sector
If you're keen to build production-grade models that make a measurable business impact this is the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models to optimise pricing, segment risk, and understand customer behaviour.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and hypothesis testing to unlock new pricing levers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed your models directly into live business decision-making.
- Explore complex datasets to uncover patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Maintain and improve production-ready data pipelines and model performance.
- Champion machine learning best practices and support a high-performance data science culture.
What You’ll Bring
- Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models (GLM, GBM, etc.) in production environments.
- Solid grasp of statistical techniques and experimental design.
- Strong skills in SQL and programming languages like Python or R.
- Experience in pricing, insurance, or related sectors is a big plus.
- An ability to explain ML outputs and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
