Marketing Executive

Location: Outskirts of Malmesbury (office-based, 5 days per week)
Salary: £30,000–£36,000 per annum
 

Are you a creative and digitally minded Marketing Executive looking for your next step? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, engineering-led business with a strong global reputation — offering variety, responsibility, and progression.

You’ll play a key role in driving the company’s marketing activity, working across digital, social media, events, and brand development. This role would suit someone confident taking ownership, brimming with ideas, and comfortable working across multiple channels and projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing digital marketing campaigns, social media channels, and website updates
• Creating engaging content — copy, graphics, and video — to promote products and projects globally
• Supporting with brand development and ensuring consistency across all materials
• Coordinating trade exhibitions, from stand design to logistics and promotion
• Producing marketing collateral, PR, and digital assets
• Using analytics tools (GA4, SEO, WordPress) to measure engagement and optimise campaigns

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on marketing experience, ideally within a technical, engineering, or B2B setting
• Confident with digital tools (WordPress, Canva, Adobe, GA4, Chatbots, etc.)
• Creative eye for branding, content, and design
• Organised, proactive, and collaborative, with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment with a small, close-knit team

This role offers great exposure and the chance to progress into a Marketing Manager position as you develop.
