Description

Lifecycle Marketing Manager

£55k + Bonus + Bens

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-growing B2C eCommerce brand operating across the UK and international markets.

The business is scaling rapidly, with an expanding product portfolio and ambitious growth plans. This role sits at the heart of that journey — owning how the brand engages, retains and grows its customer base post-acquisition.

You’ll take full ownership of the customer lifecycle strategy, driving engagement, repeat purchase and long-term customer value through data-led, highly personalised marketing.

Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll lead the development and execution of a best-in-class lifecycle marketing strategy, with a strong focus on CRM and email performance.

You’ll own the end-to-end customer journey — from post-purchase onboarding through to retention, loyalty and reactivation — ensuring every touchpoint is optimised for performance.

Alongside strategy, you’ll lead and develop a small team, working cross-functionally with content, marketing and commercial teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the lifecycle marketing strategy across email and CRM channels
  • Build and optimise automated customer journeys (onboarding, retention, reactivation)
  • Drive performance through segmentation, personalisation and A/B testing
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve engagement, retention and revenue
  • Lead the planning and execution of CRM-led campaigns aligned to business goals
  • Identify and test new channels to enhance customer engagement (e.g. direct mail, new platforms)
  • Manage and develop a small team
  • Work closely with content and creative teams to brief and deliver campaign assets
  • Track, analyse and report on performance against key KPIs

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Lifecycle, CRM or Retention Marketing within a B2C or eCommerce environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (ideally Klaviyo)
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance insights
  • Experience building and optimising automated customer journeys
  • Strong commercial awareness with a focus on driving revenue and customer value
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring team members is desirable

If you’re a data-driven CRM or Lifecycle marketer looking to take full ownership of customer engagement and retention in a high-growth B2C brand, we’d love to hear from you.
