Marketing Design Executive
Our client is an innovative B2C brand making waves in the wellbeing sector, expanding internationally.
We’re seeking a creative and driven Email Marketing & Design Executive with a flair for visual storytelling and at least 12 months of experience.
In this role, you’ll combine your eye for design with email marketing expertise to craft visually compelling campaigns that engage and convert. Using tools like Canva and Photoshop, you’ll design high-impact emails, optimize automated flows, and bring the brand’s voice to life. Collaboration with the wider marketing team will give you the opportunity to shape strategy and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visually stunning email campaigns that captivate and drive results.
- Optimize automated email flows and use A/B testing to continuously improve performance.
- Shape the customer journey, fostering loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Leverage data insights to inform creative decisions and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with customer service to ensure messaging aligns with customer needs.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years’ experience in email marketing, ideally in e-commerce.
- Strong design skills, with a portfolio showcasing your creative expertise.
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Photoshop to create impactful visual assets.
- Experience with Klaviyo is a plus but not essential.
- A team player excited to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
