What you’ll be doing
- Analyse customer behaviour, competitor activity, and market trends to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver monthly sales and margin reports for senior managers.
- Present findings in a clear, actionable way to support decision-making.
- Maintain and update accurate product information within internal systems.
- Support digital activity by ensuring products and data are well-presented and discoverable online.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams to provide the insight they need.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a data or product analyst role (B2B background desirable).
- Strong analytical skills and confidence in interpreting and presenting data.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or BI tools; knowledge Shopify a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and commercial awareness.
- Strong communicator, able to present findings to senior stakeholders.
